Astro Web Store Terms and
Conditions
1.
The Astro Shop is managed by
Advance Supply Chain Solutions Sdn Bhd (ASCS) and any user who purchases any
goods and/or services from the Astro Shop (Customer) is subject to these
terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
2.
All Customers who make purchases online using ePass shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of ePass.
3.
All purchases will only be processed upon successful credit
card payment from the Customers credit card issuing bank (Bank). The Customer
agrees that payment shall be subject to the Banks terms which
regulates the provision of credit card facility by the Bank to the
Customer.
4.
Delivery of the merchandise shall be made within 2-4
weeks. The merchandise will be couriered to the address provided by the
Customer and within Malaysia
only. No delivery shall be made to P.O.Box addresses.
5.
Should the Customer return any merchandise such return
must be made within 7
days of receipt of the merchandise. Any refund applicable shall
be made only upon confirmation that the returned merchandise is in good working
condition along with the original packaging to ASCS Sdn Bhd. Cost of return
delivery will be borne entirely by the Customer.
6.
Any refund will be processed and credited to the
respective credit card of the Customer used to make the purchase. Delivery and
other incidental costs will not be reimbursed.
7.
All merchandise as well as any free gifts are available on while stocks last basis. Astro and ASCS
reserve the right to replace the free gifts with any other item that are of
equivalent value. In the case of cancellation of order, the free gifts will be
reclaimed.
8.
The merchandise listed in Astro Shop is offered on
behalf of the various merchants. Astro and ASCS shall not in any way be
responsible and/or liable for the goods and services supplied/provided by respective
merchants including all representations and/or warranties relating thereto, any
injury, loss of life or valuable of what ever nature in relation to or in
connection with the merchandise and/or merchant. Any dispute that the Customer
has with the merchandise and/or service shall be taken up with the merchant
directly.
9.
If any of the merchandise appears to be damaged or
defective upon receipt, the Customer shall itemize and indicate the particulars
of the damage on the delivery order and return together with the damaged
merchandise to ASCS. The damaged merchandise must be returned in their original
packing within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Any
claims made after 7 working days shall not be entertained.
10. Save
in the case of damaged or defective merchandise as stipulated in Clause 9
herein, all merchandise and/or services purchased cannot be exchanged for other
merchandise and/or services.
11. Goods
supplied to or collected by third party at the Customers instruction are
solely at risk of the Customer.
12. Astro
and ASCS shall not be held liable to the Customer for any delay in delivery
caused by the merchants and/or the local postal authorities.
13. Customers
are to refer any replacement or repairs of merchandise and/or services to the
merchants directly. Customers may call the hotline at 03-2773 0977 for details
of the respective merchants.
14. All
prices, offers, availability of merchandise, specification and information are
correct at the time of print and subject to change without prior notice.
15. Astro
reserves the right to withdraw any merchandise it offers on the Astro Shop and
shall further reserve the right to withdraw in whole or part of the Astro Shop
or to vary any of the terms and conditions herein at any time without notice at
its absolute discretion. Continued use of the Astro Shop by the Customer will
be deemed as agreement to be bound by any amended terms and conditions.
16. All
Customers consent to receive future communications related to Astro Shop and/or
Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd (Astro). Where the Customer does not
agree to be contacted or to receive any communication, the
